Flexible billing
Student subscriptions start immediately after successful payment. Teacher PayFast subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Secure payments
Card payments are processed securely through PayFast. Schools may alternatively request an invoice and pay by EFT. Payment details are never stored on Incapsulate servers.

👥How it works
Each subscription includes one teacher account. Choose how many student seats you require (minimum 10).
Students create their own Incapsulate accounts and join your classroom using your unique class code. Once joined, they receive full access through your subscription.
Teachers and students receive full Grade 10–12 Physical Sciences content. Teachers additionally gain classroom management, assignments, assessments, marking tools and student progress tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can students use Incapsulate without a teacher?
Yes. Students can create a free account and access selected Physical Sciences modules without a teacher or payment details. They can subscribe monthly or yearly to unlock full Grade 10–12 access.
Can students access Incapsulate through a teacher?
Yes. Students who sign up using a teacher's class code are covered by that teacher's purchased seats and do not require their own subscription.
Do teachers receive a free trial?
Yes. Teacher subscriptions include a 3-day free trial before the first payment is collected.
How does teacher pricing work?
Teachers pay R90 per student seat per month with a minimum purchase of 10 seats. Seats can be increased or decreased as your class sizes change.
Can schools pay by EFT?
Yes. Schools may request an invoice and pay by EFT. Access is activated once payment has been verified by the Incapsulate administration team.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Discount codes can be applied during checkout where applicable. Some promotions apply only to students, others to teachers, and some to both.
What happens when my discount expires?
Your subscription continues without interruption. Future billing returns to the standard subscription price when the promotion ends, and you will receive an email confirming the updated recurring amount.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription from your billing page at any time. Your access remains available until the end of your current paid billing period.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Incapsulate support for assistance.
What subjects are included?
Incapsulate currently provides interactive Grade 10, Grade 11 and Grade 12 Physical Sciences content aligned with the South African CAPS curriculum.
